Welcome to the website for Central Park Community Association.Central Park is a 521 home community located in Murrieta. Central Park prides itself on its friendly neighbors, well maintained homes, school system, community parks and private recreation facilities.

Tucked away in a secluded area atop the expansive Murrieta foothills, Central Park is at once bold and new, yet steeped in tradition. Incorporating a blend of new home designs and exclusive amenities, Central Park is strategically placed above the city to best take advantage of the truly spectacular views.

In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is assisted by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of elected and appointed homeowner volunteers, assisted by Avalon Management, a local professional management company.
