If you haven’t already submitted your ballot for the 2014 election, please take a few moments to read candidate statements and submit your ballot. If you wish to hand deliver your ballot to the inspector of election on March 5th, please bring it with you to the meeting. Otherwise, mail your ballot no later than March 3rd to ensure the inspector receives it in time for the meeting.
Be sure to write your name and property address on the outer envelope so we can ensure we know who submitted their ballot. Your participation is important and necessary to achieve a quorum of the members to facilitate the 2014 Annual Meeting. We need 25% or 131 members to vote.
