The Association will be undergoing their annual repairs, warranty and maintenance program to the pool deck.  This program will be to remove any rust stains that may have seeped through the deck, repair and cracks or bubbling to the deck and to remove any staining to the deck that may have come through over the summer swim season.  

The repairs mean that the pool area will be closed Monday late afternoon through Friday late afternoon.  Notices are posted and the gates will be locked until the project is complete.  If you have any questions, please contact Avalon Management.
