The pool deck portion of the project is completed. The rust has been removed and the deck cracks have been taken care of. The new decking material does not heat up as fast as concrete, which is an added bonus for those hot summer months. The Board is looking forward to the next week when the remainder of the pool project is completed and the pool re-opened to homeowners on the 23rd.  Due to ongoing projects at the pool the pool will remain closed until Saturday, April 23. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Avalon Management.
Due to the rain, the pool deck project has been delayed. The company performing the work, Sundeck, will continue when the weather permits early next week. Please contact Avalon with any questions.
