The Board brought in a representative of Sherwin Williams to review the current paint application and scheme of the interior and exterior of the clubhouse and the representative has provided potential schemes for the Association to consider (including remaining the same). Below are photo schemes that the Board is considering and a survey for the owners to provide input. The Board will consider what the next step is at the October meeting.
