The Board is seeking your input on whether or not to consider adding security patrols for the Association. This came about when owners requested this service to help keep an eye on the homes and property throughout the Association.
This service would cost between $73,152 and $219,576. The varying costs differ based on the amount of vehicles patrolling (between one and two) and and the amount of the hours they are on the property (between eight and twelve).
Adding a service has benefits (constant eyes driving the community, reporting to police, securing the common areas and protecting it from damage) and one main drawback (cost would raise assessments between $11 and $35).
Please note that this is just a survey to help the Board decide whether or not to proceed with the discussion. If they proceed with the discussion, the matter will be mailed out to every homeowner for a vote by each member.
