Mailbox Replacements: All grey mailboxes will be replaced between 2/10/2014-2/13/2014 with newer, more secure, tan colored boxes.
The physical location of your cluster of mailboxes will not change, however, your mailbox number and its location in the cluster of mailboxes may be different. More importantly, your new mailbox key will be different. Your old mailbox key will not open your new mailbox.
New Mailbox Keys:
For those who have not yet had their mailbox replaced with a tan colored box, your new mailbox keys were mailed from the vendor the week of 1/20/2014.
Please look for your new keys in the mail. Each set of keys is tagged with your Central Park address and your mailbox number. If there is any discrepancy or if you have received the wrong keys, please call Hillcrest Construction immediately at (714) 777-1072.
All offsite owners, property managers or absentee owners are responsible for ensuring the property occupant receives the new key before the new mailbox is installed. Keys were already sent to the address you have on file with the Association (address where monthly statement is received).
