Riverside County Traffic Department has proposed to make Central Park Drive and Promenade Park Drive as no overnight parking zones. This would alleviate after hours trespassers from being able to park in the community or at the clubhouse parking lot after hours. How would this work?
Installation of signs that state "No Parking between, i.e. 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM" and the proposal would have three signs on Promenade Park Drive. One at the top of the street (downhill), one at the bottom (driving uphill), and one in the middle. Central Park Drive from Calistoga to Willows will have signs placed based on can you see the next sign from the first sign, approximately 400’. Both sides of Central Park Drive would get the signs.
