Dear Central Park Homeowners,
The pool is scheduled to open on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. Please note, any change in state or county guidelines can alter the opening plans. Please see the attached emergency pool rules approved on June 17, 2020 and effective for 120 days. Membership safety is the Central Park Community Associations number one priority, your Board cares for this community and have volunteered a tremendous amount of time to help find solutions to the pool opening.
A pool monitor will be on site to allow access, please be patient during this transition time to allow pool monitors and janitorial to complete their tasks. Please note, the pool monitors cannot answer HOA questions. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with any recommendations or comments you may have. Your feedback is very important to us.
In order to enter the pool area you will need your numbered RED POOL PASS and your FOB. Please contact management if you need these items. The operation procedures are very clear about only residents using the pool and no more than 5 people from that residence at a time. If you have a family larger than 5 people, contact management and this information will be passed along to the monitoring company. It is also required that you complete Central Park Rules and Acknowledgement Form. Please bring this form with you to the pool, you will not be given access if this form is not completed and presented to the pool monitor. The form can be found in the docs section of the website.
POOL HOURS AND SCHEDULE
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
10:00 – 11:00 Swim and Lap Swim Period
11:00 – 11:30 Disinfection Period*
11:30 – 12:30 Swim Period
12:30 – 1:00 Disinfection Period
1:00 – 2:00 Swim Period
2:00 - 2:30 Monitor Lunch
2:30 – 3:00 Disinfection Period
3:00 – 4:00 Swim Period
4:00 – 4:30 Disinfection Period
4:30 – 5:30 Swim Period
5:30 – 6:00 Disinfection Period
6:00 – 7:00 Swim Period
7:00 – 7:30 Disinfection Period
* The 1/2-hour between time slots will be used by the monitor to disinfect item.
No more than 30 people will be allowed in the pool area during the designated pool swim periods. Please see the Temporary Pool Rules for the complete list of rules.
